Do you dream of that beautiful house with the white picket fence…? all tidy and beautiful, that has everything you need in it to make life wonderful? It’s time to turn your body into your dream home. Is it time to refurbish? Redecorate? Do you need a new coat of pain? Or some work on the plumbing…? House makeovers can be incredible – let’s see what we can do with yours…

Activity for the Day

Time to Simplify. Let’s get back to basics and take away any of the junk about your body that you might have made up. Write down all the things about your body that you are not happy with. Then, next to each item on that list, give at least 1 reason WHY that is actually a GREAT feature of yours. i.e. Big thighs: 1. I have strong legs so I can walk, kick, jump, squat, etc. 2. I have the potential endurance in my thighs to do this particular activity really well… 😉 3. If I chose to kick someone I’d probably knock them out…
